# Microsoft Teams

> Booked appointments get a Microsoft Teams meeting link automatically. The customer joins from the Outlook invite, no setup on their side.

# Microsoft Teams

When the agent books a meeting, a Teams meeting link generates and lands in the Outlook calendar invite. The customer joins from the invite with one click. The rep doesn't have to create the link or copy it over. The Teams integration runs on top of the Outlook calendar connection, so Outlook must be connected first.

## What changes

* **Teams link on every booking.** Generated automatically inside the Outlook event.
* **One-click join.** From the invite, the Teams app, or Outlook directly.
* **Microsoft 365 features pass through.** Recording, live captions, and breakout rooms follow your Microsoft 365 plan.
* **Per-type control.** Apply Teams links to specific appointment types and leave others as phone-only.

## Setup

## Admin approval

Some Microsoft 365 tenants require admin approval for third-party apps. If the connect flow shows "admin approval required," send your IT admin the app details from the integration panel. Once approved, every user in the tenant can connect without further admin involvement.

## Per-type configuration

Not every appointment needs video. Configure where Teams links go:

* **All appointments.** Every booking includes a link.
* **Specific types.** Only consultations, only enterprise demos, only your call.
* **On request.** The agent asks the customer if they prefer video before booking.

## Troubleshooting
