# Viral Videos

> Turn your website into short social videos. An AI producer researches what is trending, writes the script, renders the video, and posts it to your accounts.

**Viral Videos** is the LumisReach video studio. Paste your website (or describe your business) and an AI producer reads your sources, studies what similar businesses are posting, writes a script, renders a social-ready video, and posts it to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or YouTube. Nobody has to be on camera.

Find it in the sidebar under **Content → Viral Videos**. It comes with the [Growth Marketing Manager](/pricing#growth-marketing-manager).

The library page has three tabs:

| Tab | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Videos** | Every video in the workspace, with its status. Post, download, retry or delete from the card. |
| **Calendar** | Scheduled and published posts across your accounts. |
| **Schedules** | Standing orders that make and post videos on a cadence. See [Posting and schedules](/getting-started/content/posting-and-schedules#posting-schedules). |

## Create a video

Click **Create Video**. The workspace walks you through seven steps, and an AI producer chat sits beside every one. Ask it things like "Make the script funnier and shorter", "Why did you pick this template?" or "Give me five more ideas, edgier this time".

<Steps>
  <Step title="Source assets">
    Give it your website address, up to 10 images, up to 5 videos (100MB each), documents, and a description of up to 5,000 characters. Optionally name the video and write a one-line brief: the subject, the audience, the feel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Research context">
    The producer reads your sources, studies similar businesses on Instagram, checks the news and what is trending, then recommends five videos. You see the competitor analysis, the headlines and trends it found, and its recommendations. Nothing runs until you pick one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Video preferences">
    Pick a [template](/getting-started/content/video-templates), a length (10 seconds to 5 minutes), a format (**Vertical 9:16** for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or **Horizontal 16:9** for YouTube, LinkedIn and your website), and the presenter, voice, background, captions and B-roll.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit script">
    Choose **Write it for me** or **Use my script** (up to 5,000 words, read word for word). Depending on the template this step is a script, a shot list, an interview or a set of slides. Edit anything, then approve.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Music and caption">
    Pick background music, and write the post caption and hashtags. See [Music](#background-music).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Generated video">
    The video renders, usually in a few minutes. Long videos and AI-generated scenes take longer. From here you can swap B-roll, fix caption words and post. See [Edit Video](/getting-started/content/edit-video#editing-a-finished-video).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Analytics">
    Predicted performance before you post, and real views, watch time and engagement after. See [Analytics](/getting-started/content/posting-and-schedules#analytics).
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  In a hurry? **Generate Automatically** lets the producer make every choice and run all the steps itself. You can still review the result before it posts.
</Tip>

## Presenters and voices

| Option | What you get |
| - | - |
| **Studio presenters** | Pre-made AI spokespeople (HeyGen or Tavus). |
| **Your own avatar** | A digital twin made from a photo or a short video of you. Making a twin from a video includes a consent step. |
| **Record yourself** | Film yourself reading the script. LumisReach cuts you out and places you over the background. |
| **Audio only** | A narrator, no face on screen. |

Narration uses ElevenLabs voices; Eleven v4 is the default. The presenter can sit front and center or in a bubble in the bottom left or right corner, and you can add face zoom, an image or video inlay, and an end logo scene.

## Captions

Captions are burned into the video. Pick a style:

| Style | Looks like |
| - | - |
| **Classic** | White text with an outline, a line or two at a time |
| **Dynamic** | Each word appears as it is said, building up a few words before clearing |
| **Dynamic Highlight** | Like Dynamic, with a black border and only the newest word in color |
| **Emphasis** | Like Dynamic, with a black border and the important words in color |
| **Enlarge** | Four or five words at a time, with one important word bold and larger |
| **Highlight** | A few words at a time, the word being said lighting up in color |
| **One word changing** | Only the word being said, big and bold, swapped for the next |

Captions are off by default. Slideshows have their own text styles: Classic, Boxed and Bold words.

Turn on **Add emojis** to float an emoji beside the captions at the moments that deserve one (a question, a surprising fact, the call to action). You can also pick the accent color, the position (top, middle or bottom) and the size.

## B-roll

B-roll cutaways keep the video moving. Leave the source on **Any** and the producer picks for you, or choose from your images, your videos, stock footage, motion graphics, AI-generated clips, greenscreen, an automated demo of your site, or another talking avatar. You can search the stock library and hand-pick clips. Pick one of 11 transitions (cut, dissolve, zoom, slide, push, wipe, circle, dip to black, flash, pixelate, radial) and add an end card.

## Background music

The built-in LumisReach library has 91 royalty-free tracks across 13 genres, cleared for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. Music dips under speech automatically. With **Smart Music** on (the default), the music comes in where the story picks up, and you can use more than one track.

If you post to TikTok, you can also enable TikTok's Commercial Music Library for your account and use its trending sounds on TikTok posts.

Changing the music later never needs a re-render.

## What a video costs

Each video is priced by what goes into it (the presenter render, generated shots and pictures, narration, stock clips, rendering), and the price is on the button before you start: **Start Pipeline · \$X**. It is charged once, when the script is approved and the video is released to render.

* The Growth Marketing Manager includes **100 video credits** each billing period. One credit is one dollar of video.
* Past the included credits, videos are charged at cost plus a small markup from your prepaid balance.
* Retries of a failed render are free. So are B-roll swaps, caption fixes, music changes and posting.

See [Pricing](/pricing#ai-video).

## From code or another AI agent

Everything here is also available through the [Videos API](/api-reference/videos), [Video schedules API](/api-reference/video-schedules) and the [MCP server](/api-reference/mcp). You can also ask [Lincoln AI](/concepts/lincoln-ai) to make one: "Make a 30-second video about our spring promotion and post it to Instagram on Friday."
