# Lincoln AI

> Your workspace's AI agent. Tell it what you want in plain words and it sets up numbers, agents, campaigns, videos and landing page widgets, keeps working after you close the tab, and asks before anything that costs money.

Lincoln is the AI agent that runs your LumisReach workspace for you. Instead of clicking through settings, tell Lincoln what you want ("Get me a number in 415 that answers calls and books into my calendar", "Make a video about our new menu and post it Friday") and it does the work with your workspace's own tools.

Find it in the sidebar under **Lincoln AI → Conversations**. It comes with the [Growth Marketing Manager](/pricing#growth-marketing-manager).

## What Lincoln can do

You can attach photos, videos and documents to a message, for example a logo for a video or a price list for your agent's knowledge.

## It asks before it spends

Lincoln checks with you before anything that costs credits or cannot be undone, like buying a number, rendering a video or deleting something. Conversations waiting on you show a **Needs approval** badge. If you trust it with a task, turn on **auto-approve** in the header and it will go ahead on its own.

Lincoln keeps working after you close the tab. Come back to the conversation to see what it did.

## Memory

Lincoln remembers what you tell it about your business, so you only have to say it once. Open **Memory** in the header to see and edit it: **About this workspace** is shared with your team, and your personal memories are yours.

## Scheduled tasks

Lincoln can run work on a schedule, like "every morning at 8, summarize yesterday's calls and leads" or "every Monday, research what's trending and make two videos". Find them under **Lincoln AI → Scheduled Tasks**. Each run happens in its own conversation, and each task shows its instruction, what it has learned so far (its series memory), and its recent runs. ## Models

Pick the AI model and how hard it thinks from the header. Claude Sonnet is the default; Claude Opus, GPT and Gemini models are also available.

## Pricing

Using Lincoln in the dashboard is free. What it does is billed exactly as if you did it yourself: a number it buys, a video it renders, the minutes of a call it places. Through the [Lincoln API](/api-reference/lincoln) and [MCP](/api-reference/mcp), each message is billed at the AI model cost plus a small markup.
